Many moons ago Air Jordan thought it cool to produce high priced sneakers and to continue raising the price to any outrageous price. No real reason beside profit. Let's just say that profit is a nice way to say greed. And back then the dilemma still existed. Limited quantities to drive demand insane. No concern for what that might cause in society. To add to those grievances they exploited cheap labor overseas. Ain't no telling the social ramifications that abuse caused overseas.

Fast fwd to what are even higher prices for even lesser quantities of product. The chasm between the have and have nots have widened. So much so that the have nots do not even care anymore at the blatant inequality that comes with the social status of a shoe.
And I'm pretty sure that the cheap labor still is being employed. The problems at Jordan go farther than the marketing problems you speak of Jacques. It's deeper than sneaker A is selling more than sneaker B. And what's sad is the developers and marketing and logistics for Jordan have new players with the same desire to turn a profit by the same means. Someone is going to have to acknowledge the wrong and right it COMPLETELY. I was always taught Do the right things and the right things will have been done. Period....
I am a legit 80's baby that clearly thought the world of Air Jordan and Nike to a fault. I clearly see the hard work that the developers of the performance Jordan is doing. From the 29s to these 32's they are straight astonishing. But when I as a consumer cannot get my hands on a pair that is marketed to me to gravel at then I will lose my interest quick. Why would I want to buy the 32's when there was a dope 30 that I was willing to put out for? It's all a racket in short. The exclusive shoe game is for a certain segment. That segment Jordan caters to too often. They must believe that's gna keep selling. A few hundred pairs at $200 a pop. Well good luck with that. I know I am not alone. I have seen countless other sneaker heads that I grew up and watched drop much on these shoes in the past who have retired just the same. We only get what we want when we can get em. I am grateful that other brands such as Adidas and UA have products that are available. It's what I love most about your shoe coverage. You give us peaks at what else is truly available. Gone are the days of a closet full of Jordans. I cannot endorse that brand anymore.

for me I'm 43 yrs old I really don't care about sneakers like that, fakes don't matters to me. At the end of the day I'm still walking on the ground with them.
